1.Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness;
2.Lead the localized content acquisition efforts and establish diversified content network for India products;
3.Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships;
4.Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct executive relationships with key partners of Bytedance;
5.Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations to the management team;
6.Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (product, engineering, operations, legal and finance etc.)
职位要求:
1.7+ years of experience, with 3 years of direct partner business development experience in telecom, digital media, or internet industry;
2.Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing industry;
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
4.Hunger for challenge and opportunity, rapid learner with entrepreneurial spirits who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
5.Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;
6.Be able to work across multiple time zones.
