主要工作职责
Enforce development and implementation of marketing plans including fundamental market and category research, advertising and promotion, research and product development, packaging and product cost reductions. Ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities are maximized by determining imaginative and effective marketing strategies and busniess plans. Works within and maintain marketing control systems including business planning processes, expense tracking, market monitoring, forecasting, monthly meeting etc Brand ownership, brand equity building the Nestle way Initiates and manages programs and/or assigned projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies Maintains effective communication by providing support and where appointed leadership, direction and advice to the principle and all internal and external stakeholders (eg. Advertising agency,research suppliers,disigners) Contributes to the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication & packaging agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.

University degree Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or 3 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG Experience working in cross functional teams
