-       在时间紧，压力大的情况下准确完成工作并了解项目的预算和所需时间
-       具有较强的项目管理和组织能力，与客户和供应商进行沟通
-       能够把控设计进度
-       能够预估设计估价（非必备）
-       作为团队的一员，要有幽默感和较强的沟通能力
-       具备扎实专业功底
-       精通运用Mac OSC系统
-       精通运用InDesign，Photoshop和Illustrator。
-       熟练使用Office办公软件(Word, PowerPoint and Excel)。
-       对Flash和网络制作软件有一个很好地了解（非硬性要求，但是会优先考虑）。 
You will need at least 5-7 years relevant experience under your belt, you’ll be packed with creative ideas, have great communication skills and be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. You must have project management experience, as you’ll be expected, at times, to manage your own projects liaise with clients, designers and suppliers. As a senior member of the design team this position carries with it the responsibility to lead by example, motivate other members, and in so doing you will encourage experimentation, innovation and reach the highest of creative standards for the company. To do this you’ll need to be acutely aware of and actively involved with the clients, the profitability, and of course, the product. 
Key responsibilities
-       To take accurate and detailed briefs from clients or the Senior team
-       To present work and articulate creative executions at senior client level
-       To effectively manage relationships with key client contacts
-       To challenge clients on their requirements; in doing so, advising on best practice to optimize the effectiveness of their brand communications
-       To work within client guidelines to produce innovative designs
-       To work closely with and encourage more junior members of the design team 
Overall, the Senior Designer is expected to:
-       Have commercial and practical experience, in corporate communications.
-       Possess the ability to generate first-class concepts, visuals and creative ideas for print, web and multimedia projects, with excellent typographic skills and a keen eye for detail.
-       Be able to work with existing client guidelines, ensuring that all work created is brand compliant, as well as creating new visual brand guidelines.
-       Work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines, always aware of budgets and time spent.
-       Possess strong project management and organizational skills, liaising confidently with suppliers and clients alike.
-       Be able to create design schedules.
-       Be able to create estimates (not essential).
-       You have an understanding of Flash and website creation software (this is not mandatory, but would be an advantage).
-       Technical skills required.
-       You must be fully Mac OSX literate.
-       You are fully proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
-       You have good knowledge of Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
-       Be a team player, have a good sense of humor and have strong communication skills.
