岗位职责:1、 负责所负责海外子公司的整体经营目标的达成;2、 负责所负责海外子公司的业务拓展、服务交付、客户服务、销售回款。3、 负责公司团队的组建、培养和发展;4、 研究当地的劳动法等相关法律以及基础人才的人力资源服务,开发和设计适合当地的人力资源服务产品,并准备相关的销售和服务工具,制定针对每个客户业务运营SOP;5、 根据集团的规章制度以及当地法规,建立和健全子公司部门各项管理制度;6、 负责子公司的业务系统的数据录入的管理;7、 依照上级的要求提交相应的报告。岗位要求:1、具有在所在地经营海外分支机构的经验,有针对基础人才(蓝领、灰领、基层白领)的人力资源服务行业公司管理经验为佳;熟悉年度规划、年度预算管理、全面绩效管理。2、熟悉当地劳动法规以及人力资源服务行业及相关产品;3、在当地具备良好的社会关系和客户资源。4、能用中英文作为工作语言,懂当地语言为佳;5、有从零设立分支机构的成功经验,或者有创业经验;6、具有较强的快速学习能力和自我驱动能力,能适应快节奏的工作和较强的承压能力;邮箱:wuwenqing@tkinghr.com.cn
General Manager, Overseas Company Responsibilities : 1.Be responsible for the overall business objectives of the overseas subsidiaries; 2. Be responsible for the business development, service delivery, customer service and sales return of the overseas subsidiaries. 3. Be responsible for the formation, training and development of the company team; 4. Study the local labor law and other related laws, as well as the human resources services of basic human resources, develop and design suitable local human resources service products, and prepare relevant sales and service tools, develop SOP for each customer business operation; 5. Establish and improve the management system of the subsidiary departments according to the rules and regulations of the Group and the local laws and regulations; 6.Be responsible for the management of the data input of the business system of the subsidiary; 7. Submit the corresponding report according to the request of the superior. Job Requirements : 1. With the experience of operating overseas branches in the local area, the management experience of the human resources service industry for the basic talents ( blue collar, gray collar, grass roots white-collar ) is preferred; be familiar with annual planning, annual budget management and overall performance management. 2, Be familiar with local labor laws and human resources service industry and related products; 3. Have good social relations and customer resources in the locality. 4, Have a good command of Chinese and English , understand local language is better; 5. Have successful experience in setting up branches from zero, or have entrepreneurial experience; 6, with a strong ability to learn fast and self-driven, able to adapt to fast-paced work and a strong ability to bear pressure;
