Responsibility
岗位职责
1. Provide HR support on organization structure,
business process re-engineering and other change initiatives.
在组织架构、业务流程再造及其它变革中提供人力资源支持。
2. Accountable for the recruitment team’s capability
and performance of searching right caliber of talent to support the business
operations and development.
负责招聘团队招募人才的能力和绩效,以支持业务运营及发展。
3. Ensure the deployment of the most cost-effective
recruitment channel to attract the right candidates.
确保通过最高效的招聘渠道吸引合适的候选人。
4. Monitor and ensure the national recruitment
activities are followed by the company process, from staff requisition to final
offer and on board.
监控并确保所有招聘活动都能按照相关流程进行,从招聘申请一直到人员录用和入职报到。
5. Build strong employer branding, actively promote
the company image in the talent market through proper approaches and platforms
建立强大的雇主品牌,通过合适的方法和平台,积极推动、提升公司在人才市场上的形象。
6. Work out annual headcount budget for all
functions in SSC, so as to maintain and update the company organization.
为SSC的所有功能部门制作人员编制预算,维护及更新公司的组织架构。
Qualifications
任职资格要求
1. Preferably with a University degree, or above
本科或以上学历
2. A minimum of 10 years HR experience, including 3
years at managerial level, previously working experience in retail, catering,
fast fashion would be an advantage
10年以上人力资源相关经验,其中3年管理经验,零售、餐饮、快时尚工作经验为佳
3. Customer focused with good interpersonal skills.
客户意识强,人际沟通能力强。
4. Good communication skills, both written and
verbal. Ability to communicate in English. 英语沟通能力强(包括阅读及口语)。
5. Leadership & teamwork and is a self starter.
具备领导力和团队合作能力,自我驱动力强。
6. Good planning & organizing skills, executed
with excellence & results oriented.
