Responsibility岗位职责:
i)Sales销售:
1.Providing a comfortable & tidy shopping environment for
customers for sales increase
确保店铺陈设整洁及吸引,给予顾客高水平及方便购物之环境,藉此增加销售
2.Effective & attractive display according to customers’
needs.
因应顾客之需求而订定店铺陈设,确保推广物品有效及具创意地摆放以吸引顾客选购
3.Understand & analyze sales information to boost margin
理解及分析销售资料以提高营业额及销售利润
4.Intimate monitoring over competitors promotion & market
floating
密切地监察竞争对手之活动,以确保店铺维持竞争优势及反映市场信息
ii) Cost Control成本控制:
1.Maximize the utilization of store resource including space,
staff, stock, ect
有效地运用店铺资源,包括空间、人力资源、存货、电力、包装物料、文具及仪器等
2.Reach company’s KPI
确保店铺之营运目标能附合公司之目标
3.Theft & Shrinkage
盗窃及损耗
4.Stock turnover day
存货流转日数
iii) Service服务:
1.Provide premium customer service
提供优质顾客服务,确保员工了解及实践公司之要求
2.Neutralize & develop the spirit of customer is the god
培养及发展店铺『服务为本』之文化及优质服务之精神
3.Deal with customer complain
处理顾客投诉
iv)Hygiene & Security
卫生及安全:
1.Comply with relative regulations
确保店铺遵守卫生及安全条例
2.Sustain a safe working environment
确保店铺维持一个安全的工作环境
3.Arrange emergency plan courses taken by staff
确保各同事已接受紧急应变程序之训练课程
v)Stock Control
存货控制
Ensure
that goods inventories in the appropriate level and can meet the demand of
customers
确保货品存货量于适当水平并能满足顾客需求。安排店与店之间之货品转送以避免缺货及提高货品流量。
vi)Store display standard
店铺陈设标准
1.Keep high standards
制定店铺下列方面能达至高水平
2.POP & Merchandise display
陈设 POP及货品
3.Sore & Lean
清洁及整齐
4.Display after layout plan
货品陈列必须跟陈列图指示
vii) Theft/Shrinkage/Security:
1.Understand related cash & stock control procedure
确保同事理解及遵从公司有关现金、存货控制程序
2.Enhance
colleagues to theft and loss of consciousness and understanding of store
procedure,
to reduce theft and loss
增强同事对盗窃及损耗之意识及店铺程序之理解,以减低盗窃及损耗
3.Check safe/Cashier and cash on hand on regular base
保管箱、收款机之现金及Cash On Hand,必须定期进行例行之复核
viii)Store &Staff training & development
管理、发展及培训员工:
1.Set training plan & target
培育具有潜质人才,制定培训计划及目标
2.New site finding & election
新铺开发,选址
3.Revolution & enhancement of store
店铺之翻新工作
4.New store opening planning
新铺开张之筹备工作
5.Set up store management plan: Sales/expense/Stock control
& team building
订定管辖店铺于下列方面之计划、目标及时间表,包括:营业额、节省开支及提高存货流量;并需有效地分配人力资源及建立团队精神
6.Discover leadership
发展领导才能
7.Deal with staff violates company rule
处理员工违规事项
8.Talents training & promotion. Setting training program
& target to fulfill company expansion purpose
确保店铺能准确执行公司之政策及指示
Requirement任职资格:
1.Diploma
educated or above
大专或以上学历
2.Retail
background with 8 years' practical experience of which 3 years in management
capacity in operation. Knowledge on local environment, understand and have the
ability to meet customer need
有8年的零售行业工作经验,其中3年负责营运管理。了解当地环境,并具备满足客户需求的能力
3.Capacity to communicate ideas across all levels
of the business, within team and across other department
能在部门内部和其他部门沟通各个层面的业务想法。
