Duties and Responsibilities
职责
1.Process
payroll calculation & validation, and generate the monthly payroll reports
按时完成核算工资所需各项数据收集与审核,如考勤报表、奖金表、薪资调整表、社保公积金数据费用表等;
2.Prepare
the monthly salary report and make sure the salary payments are released timely
and accurately
准确、及时地完成员工工资的核算,并对代理公司所提供的费用表进行审核,保证员工工资准时发放;
3.Conduct
annual salary survey and analyze external market data to ensure market
competitiveness;
收集和分析公司薪酬福利政策数据,准备报告,为经理决策提供建议;
4.Maintain
and update employee data in HRP in timely manner and ensure correctness.
收集员工个人资料信息,并及时归档、存入系统;跟进员工劳动合同续签工作;
5.
Responsible for individual tax, social insurance & housing fund issues.
定期核查员工福利情况(如购买时间、金额等);及时办理员工福利的申请手续;
6.
Regular follow up staff probation assessment results, and complete the related
report

7.
Expatriates management, such as work permit
公司外籍员工管理,如办理就业证;
8.
Other duties assigned by superior (such as salary survey)

Qualifications
任职资格要求
1. Bachelor Degree
大学本科
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience
3年以上的人力资源相关工作经验
3. Good at Microsoft (Excel, PPT and Word) with
HR information system knowledge; Good command of English both in written and
spoken; Sensitive to data, patience, work diligently.
