BASIC FUNCTION基本职责

Administration

? Monitors all artwork/photos/films.
? 监督管理所有美术设计/照片/录影。
? Ensures proper records of materials taken from/returned to library are maintained.
? 妥善记录物料调用情况(借出/归还)。
? Complete tasks based on work order requests.
? 根据要求完成设计任务。
? Set-up internal trace system for better time management and planning.
? 建立任务内部跟踪系统,更好地进行时间管理与规划。
Operation
运营
? Undertakes production of advertisements, collateral, website and other projects.
? 负责各类广告、宣传品、网站及其他设计项目的制作。
? Oversees layout and design of advertisements, hotel collateral and any other projects.
? 监督酒店广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的设计和排版工作。
? Proposes new and creative ideas/concepts to improve overall collateral standards.
? 为整套宣传品印刷标准提出具有新意的理念和想法。
? Co-ordinates work and production schedule with the Vice President – Business Support to meet all job deadlines.
? 与业务支持副总裁沟通协商制作日程,确保在截止日前完成。
? Presents ideas and suggestions and consults with Vice President – Business Support on special projects, special events that will require themed decorations.
? 特别项目、活动时,提出想法和建议并与业务支持副总裁商量,确定主题布置方案。
? Determines style, techniques to produce desired effects.
? 确定式样、印刷技术以实现预期效果。
? Liaises with Purchasing Department and works with suppliers and other departments to professionally and competently execute all projects.
? 与采购部门保持联系,与供应商及其他部门良好沟通,专业并出色地完成所有任务及项目。
? Undertakes special assignments for special events and special projects relating to decorations, themes, set-up for banquet events.
? 负责特别活动和项目的美化装饰、主题设计、宴会活动的场地布置等。
? Deals with the layout of corporate monthly e-newsletter.
? 完成集团每月电子报的排版设计。
? Perform all other duties as required.
? 根据要求做好其他相关事务。
JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求
? A degree in design or computer science is preferred.
? 设计专业或计算机专业优先。
? At least 1 years experience in marketing communication and public relations.
? 1年以上的市场传讯相关工作经历。
? Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin skills.
? 具优良的英语及普通话说写能力。
? Sociable, confident and ability to communicate effectively.
? 具良好的社交能力,有足够的自信及能力进行有效的沟通协调。
