Duties and Responsibilities
职责
1. Design and carry out Mannings China in store
brand campaigns to achieve sales growth leveraging with different platform
promotion and events;
2. Manage Mannings China wemedia by leverage
agency’s resources on KOL to increase traffic, conversion, and brand favorability;
3. Independently handle the annual PR plan,
relationship build up with various kinds of media, In charge of celebrity plan
execution and explore the new potential PR opportunity for the brand;
4. Collaboration cross different function such
as Merchant/Operation/Finance;
5. Manage team to drive the performance.
Qualifications
任职资格要求
1. Bachelor degree and/or above;
2. At least 6+ marketing function working
experience and lead team 3-4 subordinate;
3. Proven working experience as brand manager or
associate brand manager;
4. Drive for results and leaderships skills;
5. Excellent understanding of the full marketing
mix;
6. Highly creative with ability to think out of
box;
7. Experience in identifying target audiences
and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
8. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing
strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven
thinking;
10.Advanced communication and interpersonal
skills;
11.Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing
best practices;
12.Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and
spreadsheets;
