Duties and Responsibilities
职责
1. Responsible to initiate annually or monthly
employee activity plan for SSC employees and execute the implementation (e.g.,
annual dinner, team building, store helping day, JSA activity, BFF program,
employee interaction activity, seasonal festival activity). Coordinate with
Regional HR for the Region SSCs & store employee activities;
负责年度及月度员工活动的计划和执行,包括但不限于:年会、团队建设、店铺支持日、怡和体育会、牛奶公司“永远最好的朋友”项目、员工互动活动、节日活动;同时,与区域HR协调区域店铺支持中心及店铺的员工活动;
2. Be responsible for the company communication
programs including regular communication meetings (e.g., townhall, culture
talk) to enhance the organization communication effectiveness and improve
employees’ engagement;
负责公司沟通项目,提升组织沟通有效性及改进员工敬业度,包括定期的沟通会议,如员工沟通会,文化交流会;
3. To assist the conduction of Employee Engagement
Survey (YVC) from end to end and engage employees as well as people managers
for executing the action plan;
负责协助员工敬业度调研项目(“倾听您心声”),和员工及员工经理紧密协作起来开展并执行员工敬业度的行动计划;
4. To act as a coordinator to support company
culture deployment project (e.g., culture launch)
协调并支持公司文化的部署和落地工作;
5. Responsible for maintaining and managing
communication toolkit, e.g., WeChat Enterprise Account, Yammer ;
负责维护和管理企业沟通工具,如微信企业号、Yammer;
6. To fulfill other ad-hoc assignments and
relevant projects assigned by line manager (e.g., Beauty Campaign);
完成上司要求的其他工作事项或相关项目,如美妆大赛。
7. To assist to prepare and circulate company
internal announcement and notice; and to plan, track and manage the cost
control for communication related matters.
协助准备和发布公司内部公告和通知;计划、跟进和管理沟通相关事项的费用。
Qualifications
任职资格要求
1. Bachelor degree or above;
大学本科或以上学历毕业;
2. 3-5 years HR related working experience.
Foreign company working experience is a plus;
3-5年人力资源相关工作经验,有外资公司工作经验者优先
3. Familiar with national and regional laws and
regulations;
熟悉国家、地区相关法律、法规;
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office software;
熟练Microsoft Office软件;
5. Proficiency in written and oral English;
英语书面熟练,口语表达良好;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and
collaboration;
具高度责任感和协作能力;
7. Strong in communication, logical thinking and
data analysis.
较强的沟通、逻辑思维和数据分析能力 ;
8. Independent, customer-oriented and
well-organized;
具备独立工作和组织能力,以客户为中心;
9. Detail-minded with high sense of priority and
on-time delivery.
