职责Job duties:
1. Manage Joint
Promotion schedule plan, detail the activities and project implementation,
communicate with the relevant departments to ensure the the activities held
smoothly; Evaluate the effectiveness rate and achievement of the activity after
the event.
统筹管理每个档期的联合促销排期,细化活动内容和落地执行等细节,与相关部门沟通互动以确保活动能顺利开展;并在活动结束后评估活动效果和达成率。
2. Work closely with
E-commerce team. Provides marketing support for new e-com’s platform
development.
与公司的E-commerce团队密切合作,作为市场部与电子商务部门合作的主要联系人,为新的电子商务平台的开发提供营销支持。
3. Participating in
the pilot projects of mobile payment platforms, to explore the effective ways
by precision market in order to establish a sustainable model. 参与和移动支付平台在大数据应用上的合作试点,有效运用用户数据进行精准营销最后找到最有效方式并形成可持续的模式。
4. Understood and combine
new type of digital marketing with existing promotion. Keep improving shopping
exp of customer.
了解市场上新型的数字化营销方式,创新地结合到公司已有的促销上,并进行不断的优化,让顾客的购物旅程体验更优。
5. Familiar with internal system. Understood how to
coordinate with external system to achieve the goal of joint promotion.
熟悉了解公司内部系统(包括促销管理系统、收银系统)如何与外部系统(包括银行和移动支付的系统)配合,以达成联合促销的目标为店铺引流和提高公司业绩。
要求Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree,
with 5-8 years joint promotion exp in marketing field. Exp in retail industry
is a plus.
本科或以上学历,5-8年市场合作相关工作经验,过往有零售企业经验优先
2. Familiar using of Office
Software especially Excel.
Office 软件熟练运用,Excel运用熟练的优先’
3. Strong
communication skill, negotiation skill and “customer
first”.
