THE ROLE
The position is accountable for providing personalized styling and consultation service for customers, with an objective to foster customer loyalty and spending growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Profit 销售及盈利
To consistently achieve monthly and annual personal sales targets set by the company and with the endeavor to try to exceed the targets.
始终达成公司设定的月度和年度个人销售目标,并努力超越目标。
To proactively recruit new walk-in customers and cultivate the customers to become regular customers of theirs – ultimate goal is to increase sales.
积极主动争取新的随机顾客,并培养成为常客——最终目的在于提升销售额。
Customer Service and Relationship Management 客户关系维护
To consistently manage a portfolio of VIP customers and continue to grow the network to meet with the company’s business objective – to generate sales and increase customers’ loyalty.
始终坚持管理VIP顾客档案,并持续扩展顾客网络,以实现公司的业务目标——达成销售并提高客户忠诚度。
To increase the “regular customer base” and generate referrals by keeping in touch with customers on a regular basis, depending on the customers’ preference.
扩大“固定客户群”,按照客户喜好定期与顾客保持联系,以扩展联系范围。
To proactively and consistently keep in regular contact with regular customers (monthly or as appropriate) to establish contact and build relations with the top100 MW and WW customers each season.
始终积极主动并定期与常客联系(每月一次或适当频率),与每一季的前100名男装和女装顾客建立互动的友好关系。
To consistently be well prepared for styling appointments in advance by having the selection of clothing ready for the customer on their arrival.
始终时刻准备与顾客预约进行形象设计,在顾客到来之前事先选好合适的服装。
To proactively capture and provide feedback on products and/ or services received from the customers.
积极主动的收集和提供顾客关于产品和/或服务的反馈。
To communicate any issues or concerns to Personal Styling Manager immediately concerning matters that will have any impact on customers
如发生可能影响顾客的问题或事项,立即与个人形象设计经理沟通。
To fully understand and be able to communicate our Omni-channel service to customers
深刻理解并向顾客推介公司的全渠道服务
Fashion Knowledge 时尚知识
To proactively and consistently acquire in-depth knowledge of the latest international designer fashion trends by regularly reviewing fashion periodicals, fashion websites i.e. Style.com to stay abreast of the latest in the industry.
始终主动收集关于最新国际设计师和时尚趋势的深度信息,定期阅读时尚期刊,时尚网站如Style.com,紧跟行业最新趋势。
Information Technology 信息系统
To consistently understand and operate all the systems relevant to your role competently

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant sales experience
至少2-4年以上销售工作经验
Sound knowledge of fashion, including history, brands, and the latest trends
具备丰富的时尚知识,包括时尚历史,品牌知识以及流行趋势
Excellent customer service skills, especially with luxury customers
具备卓越的客户服务技能,尤其是面向奢侈品客户
Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和表达能力
Good command of English and Mandarin
