Qualification

• Education

-  BSc/BA in computer science orrelevant field; MSc/MA will be appreciated

-  Certified application developer isa plus

Fluent English andChinese is mandatory; German language knowledge is an advantage

• Experience

-  At least 4 years of experience in mobile development for iOS and Android

Longer stay in Germany or abroad (Businessor education)

• Specific Knowledge

-  Ability to program in at least oneprogramming language such as C#, Java (J2EE),etc.

-  In-depth knowledge of programmingfor diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools

-  Excellent understanding of softwaredesign and programming principles

-  Analytical thinking andproblem-solving capability

-  Great attention to detail andtime-management skills

-  Sense for design and userexperience

-  Enjoy working in across-functional, agile team

Task description

• App Design

-  Establishing a detailed programspecification through discussion with clients

-  Clarifying what actions the programis intended to perform

-  Breaking down program specificationinto its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programminglanguage

-  Devising possible solutions toanticipated problems

• App Development

-  Write high quality source code toprogram complete applications within deadlines

-  Testing sample data-sets to checkthat output from the program works as intended

-  conducting user-acceptance testingto ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately

-  Conducting testing and installingthe program into production

-  reacting to problems and correctingthe program as necessary;

-  evaluating and increasing theprogram's effectiveness; 嗯

-  adapting the program to newrequirements, as necessary

• Reporting

-  writing detailed documentation forthe operation of the program by users and computer operators;

-  consulting manuals, periodicals andtechnical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existingskills and knowledge;

-  Updating, repairing, modifying anddeveloping existing software and generic applications.
