Responsibility工作职责:
1. Design improve
the company’s compensation and benefits policy, implement the compensation and
benefits programs and activities, programs include: payroll management, benefit
management, short-term and long-term
incentive plans;
设计改进公司薪酬福利政策,实施薪酬福利项目和活动,包括工资管理,福利管理,短期激励,长期激励;
2. Analyze
and evaluate the external market data and internal compensation and benefit
data, forecast the company’s future needs on compensation and benefit and draw
up the budget.
分析内外部的薪酬福利数据,预测薪酬福利需求和编制预算;
3. Lead and develop the professional compensation and benefit team;
带领和发展薪酬福利专业团队
4. Select and manage the external consultant company and vendor, to ensure
the company receive satisfactory service
选择及管理外部顾问公司及服务商,确保公司获得满意的服务;
5. Implement the performance appraisal process
实施公司绩效评估工作
6. Other job assign by management.

Qualifications任职资格要求:
1. Bachelor
or above degree. Major in HR or related experience.
本科以上学历,人力资源等相关专业;
2. 10 years
or more experience in human resource related;3 years or
more experience in managing HR team
10年或以上人力资源相关经验;3年或以上人力资源团队管理经验;
3. Have deep understanding on C&B module;Good at promote management C&B
policyprojects; Data analysis prediction ability;Have
the ability to cultivate develop professional team
对薪酬福利模块有深刻理解;善于推动管理薪酬福利政策项目;具备数据分析预测能力;具备培养发展专业团队的能力;
4. Proficient in both Chinese and English verbal and
written ability
熟练的中英文口语和书写能力;
