Sales Assistant – based in Shenzhen

ABOUT US:

France in Hong Kong, Macau & China. Both Brands are part of the French Le Duff group, founded in 1976, that owns and operates more than 1,300 restaurants and bakeries worldwide.

All our products ‘Made in France’ croissants, rolls, bread and desserts are the perfect solutions for hospitality and catering companies, leisure parks, supermarkets, private clubs, renowned 5-star hotels and restaurants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gathering the database of China from all the sales and update in database table

- Helping China sales group to finish the supplier registration procedure for key accounts

- Translation works

- Proceeding all the print work: flyer, catalog, fair documents, etc

- Building good relationships with both sales and operation team to help keep daily activities going smoothly

- Helping sales team with petty cash reimbursement work

- Helping to check daily payment list of customers and record all payment proof

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally, the right candidate should have/be :
1. Good command of written English & Putonghua.
2. Well organized, patient, careful, able to work under pressure
3. Good communication skill and writing style

4. A relevant experience in secretary sector is preferable
