Job Duties工作职责:
1.Manage the projects of skin care and cosmetic products and execute the promotion of our brands
护肤品以及彩妆品类的日常项目管理,以及新品和品牌推广活动执行
2.Plan the branding strategies, including communicating with the Product Development Team and Brand Management Team to discuss the design and packing
产品包装形象规划,包括与产品研发部对产品卖点的提炼和确认,与集团品牌管理团队合作和制定本地化产品的包装规划和设计
3.Plan the brand promotion strategies such as the selection of materials, design and manufacture as well as instructing the stores about the execution of the plan
为店内品牌宣传和活动宣传物料进行规划,包括物料的选择、设计和制作,以及门店执行指引
4. Communicating with the suppliers to ensure all our requests have been reached
第三方供应商管理,确保外发的项目按公司要求达成
5.Cross-departments cooperation, including Marketing, Merchandise etc.
跨部门合作项目管理,包括与营运部、公司市场、采购部和电商团队的合作
6.Controlling the cost to ensure all the projects are cost-efficient
市场费用管理,包括费用使用进度以及有效性
Qualifications 要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上学历
2. Have at least 8 years experience in marketing, with experience in execution and management experience is preferred
有8年以上的日化品类相关的市场推广工作经验,特别新品上市(包括产品包装设计以及新品上市前期准备)的执行和管理经验更佳。
3.Familiar with Microsoft Softwares e.g. PowerPoint and Excel
熟练的microsoft软件使用技能,如powerpoint 使用技巧和 excel公式的使用。
4.Good language skills: can speak both the Cantonese and Mandarin, can read English
语言能力较好,国语和粤语熟悉,英文阅读能力较好。
