职位摘要:
销售代表的职业定位是替SSBG的服务积极寻找新客户并与之建立联系。
工作职责:
业务发展:50%
- 定位新客户并进行沟通,了解其IT服务的外包需求
- 开发新的营销推广材料发布于新闻稿上
销售:40%
- 拟定由咨询团队/销售经理提出的技术方案和合同
- 与客户谈判并确定提案和合同
- 努力实现部门销售及市场目标
客户关系管理:10%
- 确保客户了解SSBG合同条款和合作标准
- 记录新客户的关键技术问题和目标
- 与客户和客户管理进行明确的沟通,确保外包关系顺利开展
要求:
基础学位优先,但非必需。
语言能力
- 基础英语(口头和书面)
- 中文流利(口头和书面)
经验
- 1-5年的销售经验 - 服务类销售或技术类销售。
*相关经验较学位优先考虑
基本技能
- 有效的1对1沟通
- 有说服力的演讲技巧
- 主动、自信、有条理且细节导向
- 扎实的Microsoft Office技能(Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
- 专业的形象及沟通方式
Position Summary:
The purpose of the Sales Associate Role is to pro-actively find and close new Clients for SSBG Services.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:50%
- Locating and Communicating with new customers to understand their IT Service Outsourcing Needs
- Development of new marketing materials for News Letter
Sales:40%
- Proposing technical proposals & contracts developed by the Consulting Team/Sales Manager
- Negotiating & Closing proposals & contracts with customers
- Pro-actively working to reach Department Sales Targets and Marketing Goals
Customer Relationship Management:10%
- Ensure Client understanding of SSBG Contract Terms and Standard Practices
- Documentation of key technical issues and goals for new customers
- Clear communication to Customer and Account Management Team to ensure smooth start of outsourcing relationship
Requirements:
Basic Degree is preferred but not required.
Language skills
- Basic English (verbal & written)
- Fluent Chinese (verbal & written)
Experience
- 1-5 Years in a Sales Role – Either in Service Sales or Technical sales.
* Relevant experience will be considered instead of Degree
Essential Skills
- Effective 1 on 1 communication
- Effective Presentation skills
- Proactive, assertive, organized and detail orientated.
