职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、制定并完善培训相关制度；
2、负责规划和设计员工领导力培养发展体系（包括师资、课程、制度等）的搭建，及相关重点培训项目的跟进；
3、建立健全课程体系、讲师体系；根据公司战略规划挖掘培训需求，制订、组织、落实培训计划；
4、进行培训项目设计，运用培训工具解决管理问题，为HRBP提供培训方面的专业意见；
5、对培训团队进行日常管理，确保培训工作有序开展；
6、独立完成部分管理类、技能类课程的开发，并在内部讲授。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有5年以上培训相关工作经验，其中1年以上培训团队管理经验；
3、有系统的领导力模块培训工作经验；
4、有良好的逻辑思维能力、个人影响力、沟通和演讲能力；
4、有丰富的授课经验和独立课程开发经验优先。

Kuang-Chi Institute of Advanced Technology (Kuang-Chi Institute) invites applications for various engineer and staff appointments in the broadly defined field of science and technology including electrical and electronic engineering; information, control and vision engineering; mechanical engineering; materials engineering; civil engineering; chemical and process engineering; biomedical engineering; marine engineering, human resouce, management and so on. A successful candidate will be expected to work in a team of scientists, postdoctoral researchers, research fellows and research engineers.
