· Antivirus – Symantec / McAfee / etc.
· PC / Laptops / Mac
· Good problem solving or Troubleshooting skills
DESIRED SKILLS:
· Good Reporting Skills / Organized / Professional
· Ticketing experience / Customer Service experience
· National Computer Grade 4
