Client Details
Our client, an Italian company, which is part of an international family business group with almost 200 years history, develops and produces chemicals used in the manufacturing and finishing of leather for well-known brands of shoes, cars, furniture, garments, bags, etc. The products include feeling Agent, cross linkers, binders, compounds, lacquers, pigments-dyes and resins.
Our client has around 200 employees and runs business through agents and distributors all over the world. The company has production facilities in Italy, India and also in China. The total revenue of the company is reaching 80 million Euro worldwide, and 30% was contributed by Asia market.
Description
* Commercial visits to the clients in Asia area together with the agents or distributors
* Manage needs of clients and evaluate new clients in commercial and technical scope
* Manage the flow of information with the Company and its departments connected to the needs of the client
* Analyse sales data, define the commercial policy and actions to apply, in line with company guidelines
* Conclude pricing, terms and contracts with agents and distributors, in line with company guidelines
* Define budgets for the designated areas/countries, in collaboration with Management
Profile
* Bachelor degree or above
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin, preferably Italian as well, other language is a plus
* >10 year's working experience in finishing products sector, preferably in leather finishing sector
* Good at managing and coordinating with agents and distributors
* Able to manage and structure commercial strategies by assessing clients and markets
* Independent, flexible, proactive, open-minded, dedicated to achieving results with strong entrepreneurship
