职位描述：
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing support to merchandising teams on product development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily clerical support to merchandising team such as quotation, cost sheet and so on.
- Assist the merchandising team during buying trip such as merchandise showroom preparation and display and also assist in preparing presentation material etc.
- Maintain and keep the filing records systematically.
- Assist in preparing development samples, collect and distribute relevant information.
- Follow up sample requests (counter, approval, photo and pre-production samples) and approval of colors and samples prior to production; provide accurate, up-to-date and timely information to factories.
- Follow up samples submissions, samples testing and samples report.
- Work closely with supervisors, factories and vendors to develop samples and prepare orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate data input to the system.
- Prepare QA folder to QA Department for inspection.
- Support ad hoc assignments if necessary.
