Responsibilities 工作职责：

- Design,develop and implement test   andmeasurement solutions for RF/microwave components, modules, equipment and   systems in civil and military fields, basedon company's signal generators and  analyzers, network analyzers. 基于公司的信号源、频谱仪及网络分析仪等仪表，设计、开发与实现针对射频与微波器件、模块、设备与系统的测试与测量解决方案。

 - Support company's teams and 3rd-partypartners technically and resourcefully  in application solution implementation, delivery and promotion. 对公司团队及第3方合作伙伴，在应用解决方案的实现、交付与推广提供技术性与资源性支持。

- Track and   learn cutting-edge technology andmeasurement standards, analysis, design,  develop corresponding test system. 追踪并学习前沿技术及测量标准，分析、设计、开发相应测试系统。

- Design andcomplete the hardware and software of test system according to the customer'scustomized testing application requirements. 根据客户定制化测试应用要求，进行测试系统的方案规划设计并完成系统硬件及软件开发。

Qualifications职位要求：

- B.S. or abovemajored in  electronic engineering orRF/microwave. 重点大学学士以上学位，电子工程或射频与微波专业。

- A minimum of 3years of   relevant work experience.至少3年相关工作经验。

- Proven abilitydesigning, implementing,   debugging andunderstanding complex hardware/software systems and projects. 必须具备理解、设计、实现、调试、测试复杂软硬件系统和项目的能力。

- Must beproficient in signal   processing anddigital bus technology, including DSP, FPGA, data storage,   LAN, USB, HDMI, etc. Experience in embeddedoperating system development is  preferred. 必须熟练掌握信号处理和数字总线技术，包含 FPGA、DSP、数据存储、LAN、USB、HDMI等。有嵌入式操作系统开发经验者优先。

-  Proficiency in the use of common test   measuring instruments, such as frequencyspectrum, signal source,   oscilloscope,etc. Experience in RF microwave test system development is   preferred .熟练使用各种通用测试测量仪表，如频谱仪、信号源、示波器等。有射频微波测试系统开发经验者优先。

- Provenexperience in teamwork. 必须具备团队工作精神。
