About Our Client:
A front runner in industry, our client is a IT group with diverse business which at the high speed development phase and very aggressive growing strategies with a lot of acquisitions and mergers. Now they are on the hunt for Internal Audit Manager as a key member of the Asia audit team. This Internal Audit Manager will work as team leader for Audit Projects in Asia region, be responsible for global internal control, compliance, operation internal auditor, leading a team to achieve public company guidance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
·  Prepare and update a comprehensive risk-based audit plan for evaluating the effectiveness of controls in place to manage significant risk exposures, ensure the integrity and reliability of information and financial reporting, safeguard company’s assets, and comply with laws and regulations
·  Perform fraud risk assessment at group level, and design fraud prevention and detection procedures. lead or manage internal investigations based on findings out of the group’s anti-fraud procedures
·  Leadership will count on you to deliver local market updates and complex regulation matters at a level appropriate to the audience
·  Organize and control the internal audit department and the work of all internal audit staff
The Successful Application
·  Master the Audit, Internal Control or Risk Management skill. Strong sense of business. Excellent skill in problem solving.
·  Strong Team Management ability. Strong passion of working.
·  Excellent English skill both oral and writing.
·  Candidate with BIG4 audit experience is more preferred.
