Responsibilities:
1. Optimizes manufacturing processes with focus on TTR Area.
2. Coordinate new product/process introduce in TTR area.
3. Participates in multi-functional teams to resolve problems.
4. Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement and cost reduction programs.
5. Works with internal manufacturing partners to resolve technical and quality issues.
6. Customer oriented. Maintains product quality, manufacturing effectiveness and resolution of process difficulties through effective statistical analysis, designed experiments, and procedural changes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above or experience equivalent to that.
2. 3 years above in Semicon Industry and 2 years above in process engineering position preferred.
3. Familiar with Semicon manufacturing processes.
4. Strong Coordination, Communication Skill, Good project management skills and leadership abilities.
5. Familiar with statistical skills, design of experiment (DOE) and design for manufacturing.
6. English, CET4 or above, write/read fluently.
