岗位职责 Purpose of Role：
The purpose of this role is to: Responsible for sales strategy and execution, market development and sales achievement
Consistently deliver exceptional sales results plan to maximize the growth and profitability of the geographical area
Develop all relevant data to support the annual sales plan
Promote the increase of market share, brand awareness and increase customers’ margin and loyalty.
Execute the annual business plan as directed byRegionalSales Manager
Develop and supervise implementation action plans for all sales teams to respond to changing market conditions
Lead, control and direct sales team to assure sales targets are achieved through motivation, training and coaching ，
Provide a tailored business process recommendation to maximize key customers’ profitability
Differentiate Royal Canin brand from competition through education to customers
Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the company 遵守公司所有的政策，程序和条例
Supervisor and direct the implementation of promotional programs for all sales channels
Support resolution of customers’ complaints through direct action and collaboration with functional team
Communicating customers’ satisfaction feedback and recommendations on the value of promotional activities
Manage distributors in their logistics, customer service to ensure quality delivery to customers
主要职责 Principal Accountabilities

Utilize regional sales data to create an annual action plan for distributorsand customers
Make business review with distributors on monthly basis to communicate promotional plan and update action plans.
Check the inventory level and manager the data base of distributors to ensure the proper business process.
Make business review with A&B customers on bi-annual basis to maximize their profitability.
Utilize marketing tool and technical resources todifferentiation of the Royal Canin brand to increase market share
Facilitate team’scontinuous developmentby customizing individual development plan and providing opportunity to practice.
Track sales on weekly basis and adjust action plan to maintain superior performance
Supervise the implementation of marketing plan andprovide market intelligence to the marketing department as required.
Monitorwarehouse inventory to provide accurate responses to customers’ enquiries
Ensure compliance of company policies and practices (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Supply, S&F, S&C, P&O etc.)
Developing tracking system to monitor the progress of accounts receivable and taking corrective actions to ensure timely receipt
Consolidate brand and product knowledge needs from his team to ensure a proper training plan is developed by S&C and monitor the progress of rolling out the programs to his customers
Directly manage sales, merchandising, local S&C and finance
