泉州嘉美文具成立于1996年，是一家集文具包袋用品研发、生产、销售为一体的综合企业。生产的文具包袋品类丰富，款式精美，质量好，远销欧洲、美国和日本等10多个国家和地区。公司在国际上深得受客户好评，现已通过了SGS9001认证， Wal-mart、K-mart、OfficeMax等国外多家知名品牌公司验厂。
公司拥有自建厂房近10亩，员工200多人，工厂自有各种先进高频设备，可接收数量20万个以上，生产周期35天以内的各式文件袋、孔夹、名片本、板夹、PVC收纳袋、PVC果冻袋等PVC相关产品。
公司同时还自有各式先进的缝纫设备和过胶设备，可接收数量20万个以上、生产周期40天以内的各式公文包、商务拉链包、笔袋、购物袋、化妆包、（平板）电脑包等办公文具类包袋产品。
