保定风帆美新蓄电池隔板制造有限公司成立于2000年，由中国风帆集团和英国瑞星公司共同投资，2007年美国江森自控有限公司加入风帆美新，现为一家专门生产铅酸蓄电池隔板的中、英、美三方合资企业，是中国最大的PE隔板生产基地。
员工中70%以上拥有大学或更高学历，平均年龄30岁以下。
Baoding Fengfan Rising Battery Separator Co., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as (BFR) was founded in 2000,it is a joint venture between Fengfan Group, China and Rising Group, UK. Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) joined BFR in 2007. As a joint venture, BFR specializes in lead-acid battery separator and is the largest PE separator production base in China.
Over 70% of the employees possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, and the average age is below 30.

2001年，年生产能力达400万平米的第一条生产线建成投产。
The 1st production line with annual capacity of 4.0 million sqm
started to run in 2001.

2003年，第二条生产线竣工，产品远销俄罗
斯、印度、马来西亚等国家。
The 2nd production line was finished in
2003, and the separator exported to Russia,
India, Malaysia, etc.

2004年，年生产能力达400万平米的二线投入运行。生产首批工业电池隔板，产品出口到韩国、马来西亚。
The 2nd line with annual capacity of 4.0 million sqm started to run in 2004.Production of Industrial battery separator started and exported to Korea and Malaysia.

2005年，隔板出口到俄罗斯、印度、巴西和阿根廷。
2006年，面积为6000平米的库房建成并投入使用。
Separator exported to Russia, India, Brazil and Argentina in 2005.
The 6000 sqm warehouse was completed in 2006.

2006年三线竣工投产，总年产能达1500万平米，风帆美新成为中国最大的PE隔板生产基地。
•The 3rd production line was finished in 2006 with annual capacity of 15 million sqm, thus enabled BFR to be the largest production base of PE separator in China.

2007年，江森自控蓄电池集团有限公司（JCI）与风帆美新合资，开始生
产高性能隔板。
Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI )joined in BFR in 2007. Production of long-life
separator (LL) started.
四线扩建进程
Expansion Progress of Line 4
•2007年12月7日，风帆美新公司召开三届二次董事会，通过了第四条生产线建设投资预算，预计年产能1300万平米，于2008年10月试生产。
•BFR convened the Second meeting of the Third BOD on Dec. 7th, 2007, and approved the budget of Line 4. The estimated annual capacity is 13 million sqm. It is scheduled to produce in Oct. 2008.
•四线与前三条线相比，幅宽与生产速度都翻了一番，专门生产高性能隔板。
•The Line 4 is designed to double the width and production speed and specializes in producing long life (LL) Separator.

1、 高性能长寿命型隔板：LL Separator
此种隔板基厚更薄，抗刺穿及抗氧化性
能更卓越，因此寿命更长。
This type separator has thinner backweb
but better puncture and anti-oxidation,
which is the main reason for Long Life
(LL)Separator.

属于常规产品，适用于亚热带地区或高温环境下使用的铅酸蓄电池。

工业隔板特别为工业牵引电池和深循环铅蓄电池而制造。适用于动力电池、高尔夫球车、叉车、船舶及一些小型设备电池。
Industrial Separator is used in industrial towing batteries and deep cycle lead-acid batteries, which is suitable for dynamic batteries, golf carts, fork lifts, ships and other batteries for small-sized equipments.
