The Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP) in Caojing is one of the most impressive industrial park developments in the world today in terms of size, scope, and coordinated planning. 2003年3月， 上海化学工业区发展有限公司与升达废料处理有限公司合资成立了上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司（SCIP SWS），升达废料处理有限公司于2008年9月起成为苏伊士环境集团的全资子公司。苏伊士环境集团有专业员工161 000人，是环境科技提供商之一，它在工艺、运作、管理等各方面全程向SCIP SWS传授专业经验和技术。
In March 2003, SCIP SITA Waste Services Co., Ltd. (SCIP-SWS) was established as a joint venture between Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company and SITA. SITA becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Suez Environment since September 2008. Suez Environment, with a professional workforce of 161 000, is one of the largest environmental technology providers in the world. Suez Environment experts are transferring best practices and know-how in process engineering, operation and management.
2006年5月，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司顺利通过了国家环保总局的专家评审，是上海取得国家环保总局颁发的危险废物经营许可证的单位，处理能力为60 000吨/年，拥有2条回转窑生产线，SCIP SWS的目标是24小时的连续操作并向客户提供全年不间断的有效接收。
In May 2006, SCIP SWS successful passed the audit from the experts of State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and became the only one company who was certificated by SEPA in Shanghai. SCIP SWS operates a 60 000T/Y incineration plant with 2 identical incineration lines. Our goal is to provide 24 hours’ continuous operation and uninterrupted, year-round service for the reception of all acceptable wastes.
根据设计，工厂可以处理不同属性和包装的废料。为了保证完美无暇的服务链，一流的实验室以及特殊车辆的车队将作为焚烧厂的后盾。由于考虑到上海的排放标准以及施行力度都在迅速发展和提高，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司焚烧装置配备的尾气处理系统的设计标准是遵循欧洲标准，而不是目前中国国家标准。同时，处理装置还带有能量回收功能，产生蒸汽供上海化学工业区内的企业使用，从而减少了天然能源，如：天然气、煤、石油的消耗以及有害气体的排放，符合“循环经济”的发展理念。
The plant has been designed to treat incoming waste of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. To ensure a complete and seamless service cycle, the incineration plant is backed up by a first class laboratory and a fleet of special vehicles. Recognizing that the emission standard and degree of enforcement in Shanghai are improving and evolving rapidly, the SCIP SITA incinerator is equipped with an Off-gas Emission Control System designed to EU standards rather than the current national requirement in China. Meanwhile, our Energy Recover System helps reduce the consumption of natural resources such as gas, coal and oil, which is accordant to the principle of circular economy.
上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司在2006年中进入试运行后，已成为亚洲地区领先地位的商业化危险废物焚烧厂之一。它同时为上海化学工业区内的企业以及邻近地区快速成长的化工企业提供“一站式”的危险废料处理服务，包括危险废料管理咨询，废料收集、运输、处理以及实验室分析等。其严格的内部处理程序以及能干高效的团队能确保废料得到妥善、安全的处理，并为客户带去4大增值收益：更低的环境、健康、安全风险；更便捷的危险废料管理；更好的可持续发展的企业形象以及更长远稳定的业务发展。
When commissioned in the middle of 2006, it will be the largest state-of-the-art commercial hazardous waste incineration plant in Asia serving not only occupants at SCIP, but also the booming chemical industry in the vicinity desperately in need of outlets for the industrial wastes that they produce. Its “one-stop service” includes hazardous waste consultation, waste collection, transport and treatment, and waste analysis etc. The strict internal procedure and the highly skilled workforce ensure the waste treated properly and safely.
