Milton Sender and Peter Schwartz founded Daymon Worldwide as Daymon Associates more than 36 years ago. Their vision was to provide leadership in the development of outstanding private label programs through partnering with like-minded retailers and suppliers in the United States. This was a radical notion at the time as private label products were most often positioned as cheap and inferior products. Our continuous record of double-digit growth has validated the vision many times over, and today, private label is recognized as a key strategic component of a retailer’s offering.
Daymon’s first expansion outside the United States occurred in 1990, with the formation of relationships in Mexico. Since that time we have established branches in 14 additional countries to include offices throughout Asia, and in 2003 the name of the company was changed to Daymon Worldwide to reflect our growing global presence.
We now have operations throughout Asia, including China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan within multiple retailers to include services such as marketing, product development, demos and design.
