S+E CHINA was set up in Shanghai, China in 2005 by the well-known German engineering company group SIEGLE+EPPLE, which was founded in 1922 in Stuttgart, Germany. In 2009 S+E CHINA joined the enterprise group JBH HOLDING. S+E CHINA is specialized in project handlings service such as turn-key contracting, general contracting, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and management in China. In the past years S+E CHINA has achieved many difficult and challenging industrial projects, from mechanical manufactories to complex hi-tech factories for the local and global clients in China.
S+E FM has joined the GEFMA. The German Facility Management Association is an organisation to thrieve to increase the quality of the Facility Management. We are proud to be part of this association and furthermore increase our FM Quality and capabilities.

Facility Management is an interdisciplinary field devoted to the coordination of space, infrastructure, people and organization. It is often associated with business services functions such as offices, arenas, schools, convention centers, shopping complexes, hospitals, hotels, etc. However, FM facilitates the business on a much wider range of activities than just business services and these are referred to as non-core functions.

INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
The Infrastructure FM Concept from S+E is based on a flexable and easy to control solution. Each facility has different requirements concerning cleanliness and security.

These requirements will be defined at the beginning and afterwards S+E China FM will implement these changes.



Using CAFM (Computer aided Facility Management)and CAD (Computer aided Design) software it is possible to visualize requirements.

After the certain areas are definded the scheduling and detail task per area can be defined.
