中航商用航空发动机有限责任公司(简称"中航工业商发")是中国航空工业集团公司(简称"中航工业")旗下的直属子公司之一，是按照党中央、国务院确立的大型客机重大专项战略决策，在上海成立的国家大型客机发动机项目主体和总承制单位，承载着让装配"中国心"的国产大飞机早日翱翔蓝天的光荣任务。公司成立于2009年1月18日，是由中航工业、上海电气集团、上海国盛集团共同出资组建的股份多元化企业，注册资本为60亿元人民币。

AVIC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co, Ltd (ACAE) was founded on 18th January, 2009. ACAE is one of the subsidiaries of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). It is a limited liability company with a Board of Directors, AVIC, Shanghai Electric Corporation and Shanghai Guosheng Group, with registered capital of 6 billion RMB.
