Enraytek Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Enraytek”) was founded in August
2010, it is a high-tech Chinese-Foreign Joint Venture engaged in LED and related industrial chain
design, development, and manufacturing. Enraytek signs a contract with Lingang Group for LED
Optoelectronics Program which has a total investment of more than RMB2.7 billion. On July 29th, 2010,
both parties will build a national LED industry demonstration base together in Lingang Industrial

Enraytek’s main products are High Brightness LED TV backlight and LED lighting covering all aspects
from sapphire substrate materials and graphics, epitaxial wafers, chip to the packaging and testing.
Enraytek has good relationships with LED backlight manufactures which can provide technology service
solutions of optics design, optical simulation, the light strip manufacturing, light guide plate
design and manufacturing, and the overall optical module design and manufacturing.

The AC LED optics technology developed by Enraytek has great potential for overseas markets.The core
team of Enraytek are from the United States and Greater China region (including mainland China,
Taiwan), and it’s an elite team specialized in LED and semiconductor industry R & D, manufacturing.
This team has created the miracle of mainland China's semiconductor industry development, in just a
few years time; it shortens the gap between mainland China semiconductor manufacturing technology and
the world advanced level by 20 years.
