Godiva Chocolatier（歌帝梵巧克力）于1926年创立于比利时的布鲁塞尔，是巧克力大师Pierre Draps以Godiva夫人传奇命名而诞生的经典品牌。
1945年，GODIVA歌帝梵在布鲁塞尔利奥波德二世大道创立了首间专营店，而后在1948年于著名的大广场开设了旗舰店。迅速在当地获得了消费者们的认可和喜爱之后，GODIVA歌帝梵于1958年在巴黎圣奥诺雷街开设首间海外专营店。十年后，GODIVA歌帝梵这一名字成为了比利时美味奢华的巧克力的代名词。1968年，GODIVA歌帝梵以其优异的巧克力品质和不竭的创新，被授予了比利时皇室御用巧克力供应商的殊荣。
1966年，GODIVA歌帝梵进入北美市场，在费城精致优雅的百货商店Wannamaker’s内开设专柜。随后的 1972年，位于纽约第五大道专营店正式开启。同一时间GODIVA歌帝梵继续将业务范围扩展至亚洲，在位于东京市中心著名的日本桥三越百货店内开设专柜。1998年进入香港，2001年进入新加坡，2002年进入台湾。并于2009年正式进军中国市场。
GODIVA歌帝梵于全球100多个国家和地区，包括从欧洲到亚洲，北美到中东拥有超过600间分店。在机场免税店、百货公司专柜、专门店及网上商店都能见到GODIVA歌帝梵的身影。
